Tinypic.com is a website where you can upload images an videos. The page receives you with a message which says "upload images and videos" followed by an upload now button. You need to click on the "select file" tab, then choose an image or a video clip. Finally just click on the "upload now" option and the page will add your picture.

You can either add a pic with or without an account. Each time you upload one you will find a list of options to share. There you will see HTML for websites, img code for message boards, url, direct link for layouts, among other alternatives.
