piZap Photo Editor is a free online editing app that allows you perform between five actions: create a collage, edit a photo, provide one with a backgrounf, add effects to one photo taken through the web cam and create covers which you can use in your Facebook biography time line.

Once you finish the editing you can both save it on Facebook or on the hard disk of your computer.
